Delicious, nutritious, rich in protein and easy to make Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies.
-Preheat the oven at 150°C
-Pour contents of pouch into a bowl.
-Add 80 ml of cold/chilled water and 30 ml of vegetable oil. Stir well until the mixture comes together as dough.
-Drop tablespoon sized amounts of the dough on to the baking tray well spaced apart.
-Bake for 10-12 minutes.
-Remove and allow to cool.
